All orders placed by our customers are placed in our production department for manufacturing. Orders go directly to the factory where the jewelry is made.
After the process of manufacturing the product begins (if at the time of the order we do not have a finished product), it takes from 3 to 5 buisness days. As soon as the goods are ready, we carefully check them for defects and quality, then pack them in our branded box and send them to our customers.
